Ever wanted to create a GraphQL API but not sure where to start? Come and join David Négrier, CTO and co-founder of TheCodingMachine, as he offers you a virtual introduction to GraphQLite, a framework agnostic library that makes working with GraphQL in PHP a breeze.
In this talk we’ll first look at what GraphQL is, why it matters and how it changes the way you interact with your application. We will then review the options available to PHP developers, and finally, David will share insights on how TheCodingMachine uses GraphQL in their product development. You will also have the opportunity to play around and practice what you have learnt about GraphQL via a link that David will share.
There will be an informal Q&A session followed by virtual networking at the end of the webinar. Come along to learn, ask questions to our leading expert, and meet other developers in the region.

David is the CTO and co-founder of TheCodingMachine, a French IT company specialising in PHP development.
He is the co-editor of PSR-11, the standard that provides interoperability between dependency injection containers, and is the lead developer of many open-source packages including Safe: a rewrite of PHP functions that throw exceptions instead of returning false, GraphQLite, and an easy to use GraphQL library.
