Job Description

Manta is growing fast and everyday there are new Manta fans who fall in love with our stories. To build and sustain meaningful relationships with our readers, Manta is seeking a Fan Marketing Manager. You will engage with the readers through various channels, both online and offline, and will be in charge of managing exciting marketing initiatives that will captivate our fans around the world. As a key member of Manta’s marketing team, you will be an essential contributor to increasing and retaining our fan base.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the community of readers (fans) of Manta and the original titles
• Represent Manta to the community and actively engage with the readers on social media including Discord, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies
• Plan and execute the integrated marketing strategies including offline and online campaigns to engage the readers
• Drive engagement with creative messagings and promotions
• Learn and update the team on the trending topics and insights from the readers

자격요건

Qualifications

• BA/BS degrees
• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Social media literacy — Based on the deep knowledge of ins-and-outs of key social channels, you understand how to engage with our audiences in their 20s in the US and other countries and intrinsically know what is needed to be their friends
• A great storyteller and a passionate fan of stories — You can comfortably articulate webcomics or films/series you like and WHY you like them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at working across different functions at a fast-paced start-up environment, as a natural culture fit of Manta - refer to Ridi Code.
• Fluent in English and Korean
