IT-CONCEPT is an IT consulting and outsourcing company located in Seoul. We are specialized in IT maintenance, infrastructure, server, network, and security. Our multicultural team supports companies in the achievements of their projects with a range of turnkey personalized IT solutions.
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our international IT team in Seoul.
• Accept and resolve L1 requests and incidents following our IT knowledge database, IT solutions and guidelines.
• Accept and resolve L2 requests and incidents using our IT solutions tools and consoles.
• Accept clients phone calls and contact clients via phone and emails to assist in resolving requests and incidents.
• Use our remote management software to resolve requests and incidents.
• Escalade tickets to L3 engineers and work with them if needed.
• Update IT knowledge database and inventories.
• Monitor our IT infrastructure and create incident tickets.
• Backup field engineer if needed.
Contract Info:
• Permanent contract with 3-months’ probation period
• Standard 40 hours per week
• 5 weeks of holiday per year
• Salary based on experience
• Native Korean or F visa holder with an advanced Korean level
• Degree or certification in Information Technology with a first experience in the IT industry.
• Advanced English level and comfortable working in a multi-lingual and cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear verbal communication.
• Good understanding of computer hardware, windows 10/11, MS Office Apps and software application.
• Good understanding of Active Directory (Domain, OU, user accounts, computers, security groups, mailing lists).
• Knowledge in network (IPv4, DHCP, DNS, Layer 2/3 protocol).
