1.Manage and support current & future Vitality app enhancement in terms of app functionalities and operation
2.Optimize Vitality app process to enhance customer experience and engagement
- Review user flow and functional specification documents to ensure alignment with requirements
- Prepare app test plan, test scenarios, test cases and conduct UAT in case of feature development/changes
- Analyze the members’ behaviors such as app usage, benefit usage, etc. to drive deepen engagement and AIA Vitality upgrade
- Control and update Vitality Membership Service Term & Condition and consent
- Monitor app usage rate, customer complaints and find out improvement points
