- Maintain expert knowledge of high school curricula, extracurriculars, summer program, competitions, and standardized test planning.
- Guide students and parents towards school goals, and create lists of best-fit schools of varied competition to maximize acceptance chances
- Conduct consulting sessions with students
- Maintain communication with students and families outside of formal sessions
- Provide admissions and strategy insights into creating our in-house extracurricular solution EC LAB
- 학생들에게 개인화된 계획을 만들고 컨설턴트 팀과 협력하여 이를 실행함으로써 대학 입학 전략을제공
- 고등학교 교과과정, 방과 후 활동, 여름 프로그램, 대회 및 표준화된 시험 계획에 대한 전문 지식을 유지
- 학생과 부모에게 목표 대학 설정부터 수용 가능성을 극대화하기 위해 다양한 경쟁의 최적 학교 목록을 작성합니다.
- 학생들과 컨설팅 세션을 진행
- 공식 세션 외에 학생 및 가족과의 소통을 유지.
- 당사의 내부 교외 활동 솔루션 EC LAB을 구상하기 위한 입학 및 전략적 통찰을 제공.
- Bilingual preferred (English, Korean)
- Passion for coaching young adults
- Appreciation of foreign cultures
- Planning and organizational skills
- Verified graduate-level English reading, writing and editing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Graduated from a top 30 U.S. University/College
- 5년 이상의 교육, 코칭, 과외, 입학 컨설팅 분야의 전문 경력
- 영어, 한국어 네이티브 스피커
- 청소년 지도에 대한 열정
- 외국 문화에 대한 이해와 존중
- 계획 및 조직 능력
- 검증된 대학원 수준의 영어 독해, 작문 및 편집 기술
- 강한 의사소통 능력
- 미국 상위 30위 대학/대학교 졸업자

자격요건
- 5 years + Professional experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admission consulting- Bilingual preferred (English, Korean)
- Passion for coaching young adults
- Appreciation of foreign cultures
- Planning and organizational skills
