Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts.
Search Operations 팀은 폭력, 동물 학대, 혐오 표현, 폭력적 극단주의, 착취, 아동학대 등의 유해한 콘텐츠로부터 모든 유저를 보호하기 위한 업무를 지원합니다. 또한 감사를 수행하고 오류를 식별하며 적시에 문제를 신속하게 해결하여 심사 업무의 우수성을 보장하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Quality Assurance team to make sure key targets (eg. productivity, efficiency, quality, latency) are met in the moderation work of Search Recommendation
- Be responsible for policy and guidelines localization and be able to provide clarifications to ensure better understanding
- Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process to ensure delivery quality and improve performance to achieve the project's targets
- Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/policy/guideline and ensure the overall success of the project
- Support policy training and go-live processes within the Search Recommendation team
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 데이터 품질/SOP/정책/가이드라인에 대한 피드백을 제공하고 프로젝트의 전반적인 성공을 보장하기 위해 업무유관자 및 기타 이해관계자와 긴밀하게 협력합니다.
- Search Recommendation 팀 내에서 정책 교육과 go-live 프로세스를 지원합니다.
- 기타 관련 업무를 수행합니다.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Excellent level in Korean & English
- Knowledge about Tiktok and search engines, familiar with social media platforms
- Deep understanding of Korean culture and familiarity with local users' online habits
- Excellent communication skills, experience in cross-team collaboration, eager to learn
- QA experience in moderation projects, attention to detail and analytical skills (familiarity with RCA methodology is a plus)
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
- Willing to work in shifts on rotation, which might include late evenings and PH

자격요건
