The field service engineer report to regional service manager Korea. This role will improve customer’s satisfaction and help Salvagnini to be reliable partner of customers. The field service engineer to provide proper on/off line service to customer who to success their business.

[Key Responsibilities]
ㆍTo follow up Company code conduct and safety regulation.
ㆍInstallation, commissioning, and customer training for new project
ㆍManagement of customer equipment history and tailor maiden customer support.
ㆍOn/offline technical support to customer relate to machine usage and maintenance.
ㆍOn time service completion.
ㆍService reporting onsite with customer’s vilification.
ㆍTo respect and give feedback regarding customer’s voice.
ㆍCooperation with other department for common goals.
ㆍSelf-improvement regarding technical knowledge and skill with online, oversea training in HQ and APAC service hub.
ㆍ Frequent domestic and oversea business trips are required
ㆍ경력 : 4 ~ 12년
ㆍ관련 분야 4년 이상 경험
ㆍ초대졸 이상 관련 학과 전공자
ㆍ운전, 국내외 출장 가능자
ㆍ기본 수준의 영어독해 가능자
ㆍ아래 항목에 대한 지식/경험 보유자
a) 유공압 분야
b) 전기 시퀀스회로
c) 도면작업 (CAD) 기본 수준
d) CAN통신 또는 이더캣통신

ㆍA person who has 4~12year experience in automation, electric, electronics and mechatronics or other relating field for smart factory.
