Internet Services Business Unit is developing a cloud service for 3 million users and is operating Sendy, a corporate cloud service used by 1 million people, HYTDIS for a corporate CDN solution, Link for over 5 million Rakuten Mobile users, CPaaS which is a cloud solution, and Carrier Email. Plus, one of our strong products, Send Anywhere which is used by 6.5 million people, we are simplifying the file transfer process between devices and optimizing network connections.

• Plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns to activate content and community services
• Analyze performance by service, derive insights, and develop/implement marketing strategies based on trends and customer feedback
• Identify target audiences and create suitable content considering their interests
• Produce and edit various formats of content including blogs, social media content, email newsletters, videos, infographics, digital ads, etc.
• Distribute and promote content using email, social media, blogs, forums, online communities, etc., to reach and increase conversion rates with target audiences
• Research and apply the latest trends in content marketing, and propose new ideas
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments and teams to improve and realize content marketing strategies
• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, producing, and operating marketing content for products and services using online/offline channels
• Minimum 4 years of experience in establishing, executing, and operating marketing promotion strategies through online/offline media
• Minimum 4 years of experience in deriving and executing operational strategies for various online advertising media such as Google, Meta, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content optimization using SEO and SEM strategies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, operating, and managing various channels
• Fluent in English communication

• Execute content marketing for Rakuten Symphony products such as Rauten Drive, Sand Anywhere, etc.• Plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns to activate content and community services
• Analyze performance by service, derive insights, and develop/implement marketing strategies based on trends and customer feedback

• Possession of at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT/startups• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, producing, and operating marketing content for products and services using online/offline channels
• Minimum 4 years of experience in establishing, executing, and operating marketing promotion strategies through online/offline media
• Minimum 4 years of experience in deriving and executing operational strategies for various online advertising media such as Google, Meta, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content optimization using SEO and SEM strategies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, operating, and managing various channels
• Fluent in English communication
