• Provide technical support and consult our customers regarding software products, including CANoe, CANoe4SW, CANoe4SW Server Edition, vTESTstudio
• Handle second level support requests initiated by customers
• SIL(Software-In-the-Loop) test programming with C/C++, C#, and Python.
• Prepare and perform customer training sessions
• Conduct demonstrations and customer workshops to promote Vector tools within customer organizations
• Proactively initiate customer contact on a regular basis to develop positive, long-term, business relationships
• 네트워크 및 소프트웨어 테스트 툴 관련 부서 내 협업
• 담당 제품에 대한 기술 지원 및 고객 컨설팅 (CANoe, CANoe4SW, CANoe4SW Server Edition, vTESTstudio 등)
• 고객 요청에 대한 2차 지원
• 고객 교육 준비 및 진행
• 고객사에 벡터 툴 데모, 워크샵 등 홍보 업무
• 고객사와 긍정적이고 장기적인 비즈니스 관계 구축
• C/C++, C#, 파이썬을 활용한 SIL 테스트 프로그래밍
• 경력 : 3 ~ 7년
• 고용 형태 : 정규직(수습 3개월)
• University degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in software development or HIL(Hardware-In-the-Loop) System test area
• Development experience of programming language (ex. C/C++, C#, Python, etc.)
• Experience with SVN, Git and Jenkins
• Experience with Visual Studio and MATLAB
• Knowledge of automotive ECU development with Vector tools is a plus (ex. CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, etc.)
• Strong communication skills including verbal and listening skills
• Strong persuasion and facilitation skills to be effective with different personnel levels and functions both at the customer
and internally
• Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Korean native speaker, good English skills
• Driver’s License and more than 1 year of driving experience

자격요건
• 학력 : 대졸이상• 경력 : 3 ~ 7년
• 고용 형태 : 정규직(수습 3개월)
