About the position

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing AE) to support a team of Account Managers to deliver project results at high standards across a wide range of global clients.


Our Performance Marketing Team helps our clients to constantly optimise and increase the efficiency of their digital marketing campaigns in the KR & APAC region. Understanding the importance of detailed task execution, seamless internal/client communication, and data utilisation, the aim is to provide digital marketing services to our clients so that they can achieve their business objectives.


At its core, digital marketing at expand k starts with your knowledge and experience of KR & APAC digital and delivering it to our global clients. Our job is to create opportunities through digital channels for our global clients’ success in the region.

Position Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, communication and reporting of multiple global accounts. You will need to be a digital-marketing savvy professional, often changing hats between a strategic consultant, a creative planner, a content creator, a heavy data cruncher, and a problem-solving client representative. With a growth mindset, you will take the initiative for the projects that you own and succeed at cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to Account Directors, you will take responsibility for delivering high-standard execution, communication and results to each project. You'll collect insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute strategies, and communicate results and learnings internally and externally.

- Lead digital marketing planning and execution for multiple global accounts in detail
- Production of campaign planning and management of the campaign, ensuring that the campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet high standards for creative & operational excellence (search, display, social, influencer, media buying etc.)
- Manage & grow clients’ digital channel accounts (Google, Naver, Kakao, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
- Paid Digital Media operations for various ad platforms (Naver Search Ads, Naver Display Ads, Naver TV Ads, Kakao Search Ads, Kakao Display Ads, Kakao TV Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads etc.)
- Transcreation & management of marketing material for the web, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.), video (Youtube, Naver TV, Kakao TV etc.), press releases, newsletters (email, SMS etc.), digital & traditional advertisement etc.
- Provide seamless communication (email, conference calls & in-person meetings) with global clients (English), forming an active relationship to improve the quality of support and service delivery
- Lead to analyse campaign performance data using data visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel etc.); the data side — Ability to develop, analyse and deliver analytics & metrics reports, including selected KPIs
- Lead to develop and check for media-related works; the creative side — Development of new ideas for a creative brief and ability to prove the effectiveness of content campaigns in improving user engagement
- Own the development of a strategic, multi-channel digital marketing plan that contributes to the growth of the global client’s business


Minimum Qualifications
- Interest and experience in digital marketing (SEO, search, display, video, social media, content, data analytics etc.)
- Language: Korean & English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience


Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in studying or working in English speaking environment
- Ability to execute various digital tasks, manage marketing projects, and balance multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence and collaborate within teams and across a range of cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to be results-oriented and maintain a proactive attitude
- Ability to develop and use data to inform strategies and make decisions
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Naver Ads, Kakao Ads, social media platforms, Google Data Studio etc.)
