• 2019년, STRADVISION은 전 세계 딥러닝 기술 기반 스타트업 중 최초로 유럽 ASPICE CL2 인증을 획득하였고, 2020년에는 AVT ACES 자율주행 차량 혁신상을 수상하였습니다
• 또한, 글로벌 자율주행 기업들과 전문가들의 경연장인 AutoSens Award에서는 2년 연속(2021, 2022) ‘객체 인식 부문 최고상’(Gold Award Winner)을 수상하였습니다.
• 2022년 8월, 1076억 규모로 마무리된 시리즈C 펀딩에는 미국의 Aptiv와 독일의 ZF Group이 전략적 투자자로 참여하여 STRADVISION의 우수한 기술력이 전 세계로부터 인정받았습니다.
• 국내와 미국, 유럽, 일본 등에서 자율주행/ADAS 특허 약 500여 개 획득, 710여 개를 출원 중이며, STRADVISION은 차별화된 기술력 확보를 위해 오늘도 연구 개발을 적극적으로 하고 있습니다.
As an IR Specialist, you will engage in tasks focused on effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper recognition of the company's corporate value.
You will leverage a comprehensive understanding of the company and its operations to facilitate seamless and proactive communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for practical tasks related to fundraising initiatives aimed at supporting the company's continuous growth.
[Key Responsibilities]
IPO and Fundraising Initiatives
• Handle practical aspects of IPO preparations
• Oversee the IPO process, examination requests, and related public offering procedures
• Provide support for corporate valuation and determination of public offering prices
• Support Equity Deal marketing through activities like proposal writing for IPOs and capital increases
• Manage practical aspects of both domestic and international fundraising initiatives, collaborating with internal legal and financial teams for due diligence and SPA processes
Investor Relations (IR)
• Manage shareholder meetings and board operations
• Create IR materials and content (monitoring disclosure regulations and related tasks, such as business reports)
• Engage in IR activities targeting domestic and international investors (e.g., addressing requests from institutional shareholders)
• Handle practical aspects of IR and disclosure tasks post-IPO completion
Other Responsibilities
• Attend to individual and employee shareholder relations (e.g., transactions involving share transfers)
• Utilize and manage the Quota Book (a management program for unlisted securities)
Manage changes in capital structure
• Handle administrative tasks related to stock options (e.g., informing eligible exercisers, registration methods, reflecting in the Quota Book upon exercise)
• Conduct market analysis (understand current conditions in the capital market and industry, analyze trends among competitors)
• Experience in IPO/IR
• Proficiency in English communication (capable of smooth communication in English with international investors)

자격요건
• 7 years or more of relevant experience• Experience in IPO/IR
• Proficiency in English communication (capable of smooth communication in English with international investors)
