• Conduct compatibility testing for in-house NPUs
• Install in-house NPUs for customers and provide technical support of server systems
• Manage server inventory
• Provide technical training for customers
• Oversee relationships with server vendors
• Provide customer support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to provide hardware technical support for server products such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.
• Ability to write Linux shell scripts
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure including Linux, Windows, and Network
• Understanding of cloud and virtualization systems such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker
• OS troubleshooting skills
• Korean speaking proficiency
