• Resolving technical problems where possible and working with Engineering teams to deliver solutions for advanced issues.
• Gathering customer feedback and communicating it back to the engineering team in a prioritized manner to influence bug fixes and future releases.
• Suggesting ways to reduce the risk of performing maintenance; work with others to accommodate scheduling needs.
• Exhibiting strong planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and structure, strong communication skills, assertiveness, networking, and conflict management skills.
• Taking some responsibility for off-hours support during significant events as required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, managing projects of varying complexity and size.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure requirements, particularly those relevant to deploying and maintaining GPU and NPU systems in data centers.
• Experience with data center power, cooling, and networking systems, as well as the ability to integrate and optimize new hardware components within existing infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Notion.
• Project Management Professional(PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Fluent in Korean(native speaker) with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
