As an Administrator, you will:
• Manage daily operation including office supply and corporate document
• Coordinate visitor travel and support to issue required document
• Manage corporate car and insurance
• Manage external service providers for the office operation and process payment
• Process regular review and inspection on Bose facility, real estate, cleaning, workplace and security
• Support to execute BKL facility plans and improvement
• Design and lead 5S+1 and perform monthly audit
• Support onboarding process with equipment preparation and orientation
• Support business operation meetings with data consolidation, file preparation and meeting minute update
• Support corporate project and event in local level
• Other ad-hoc requested by GM, and Others
• Demonstrated experience in administrator role with over 5 years of experience
• Practical experience and knowledge on office facility management
• Good MS Office skills.
• Desired to have experience with internet tools such as Sharepoint and business tools such as SAP
• Good organizing and communication skills.
• Korean native speaker with good written and verbal English skills
• Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and work effectively
• Office relocation experience

As a member of Bose Korea, you will be supporting our office in Seoul. You will be part of our Local team responsible for variety of administrator tasks.As an Administrator, you will:
• Manage daily operation including office supply and corporate document
• Coordinate visitor travel and support to issue required document
• Manage corporate car and insurance
• Manage external service providers for the office operation and process payment
• Process regular review and inspection on Bose facility, real estate, cleaning, workplace and security
