• Supply Risk Management: Identify and resolve supply chain risks, develop and execute mitigation strategies.
• Inventory Management: Balance global inventory, lead key inventory calls, minimize excess, and improve fill rates.
• SKU Transition Management: Lead SKU phase-in and phase-out processes, track remaining inventory, and manage stock to minimize write-offs.
• Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to address quality risks and ensure timely resolutions.
• Component & Finished Goods Allocation: Manage the allocation of materials to ensure service continuity.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support:: Ensure regulatory compliance for product registrations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global and regional teams to drive supply chain excellence.
• Proficient in both Korean and English is essential

The Brand Operations position will lead global supply chain operations, ensuring service levels, managing supply risks, and driving operational improvements.
