Overview
• We’re seeking a Brand Marketing - Account Executive (Digital Marketing) to support our Brand Managers in delivering high-impact results for global clients.
• As part of the Brand Marketing Team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital presence of global brands in the Korean and APAC markets.
• You’ll bring your expertise in digital content marketing and localisation to help our clients achieve their business goals.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in brand marketing with a passion for working in a global environment. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, creative planner, data analyst, and client advocate—all while collaborating with talented professionals.

About the Position
• In this role, you will be responsible for brand marketing planning, brand content transcreation, communication and reporting of multiple global accounts.
• You will need to be a digital savvy brand localisation professional, often changing hats between a strategic consultant, a creative planner, a heavy data cruncher, and a problem-solving client representative.
• With a growth mindset, you will take the initiative for the projects that you own and succeed at cross-functional collaboration.
• Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, you will take responsibility for delivering high-standard content planning, content production, communication and results to each project.
• You'll collect insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute strategies, and communicate results and learnings internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Planning & Production: Lead the planning, creation, and transcreation of digital marketing content tailored for KR & APAC markets, including: Web, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), video (YouTube, Naver TV, Kakao TV), newsletters, press releases, and ads.
• Localisation: Adapt and localise global marketing materials, campaign copies, and product descriptions (e.g., Naver Smart Store, Coupang) for local audiences.
• Channel Management: Manage and grow clients’ digital channels (SEO, Naver Blog, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Influencer Marketing: Plan & execute various influencer marketing activities from list-up, reach-out, negotiation, briefing and content review.
• Campaign Execution: Execute paid content media campaigns across various platforms, including on-site blogs, off-site blogs, and social media.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Data Studio and Excel, providing actionable insights and clear metrics.
• Client Communication: Build strong relationships with global clients (in English), ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate on strategic, multi-channel content marketing plans that contribute to client growth.

자격요건

• 디지털 마케팅 캠페인 수행 경험 (agency side, brand side or personal project)
• 글로벌 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 경험 (한국어 & 영어)
• 관련 학위 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험


Must-Haves:
• Experience in brand marketing or digital marketing or influencer marketing.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred
• Experience in studying or working in English speaking environment.
• Ability to execute various digital tasks, manage marketing projects, and balance multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate within teams and across a range of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to be results-oriented and maintain a proactive attitude.
• Ability to develop and use data to inform strategies and make decisions.
• Proficiency digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Naver Ads, Kakao Ads, social media platforms, Google Data Studio etc.).
