As the Global Marketing Assistant Manager at AXIS-Y, you will be responsible for conducting a holistic approach to improve sales and increase brand awareness through a 360-degree marketing strategy with an emphasis on content and influencer marketing models within dedicated regions.
To advance in your role from an influencer marketing perspective, you should be able to outreach, communicate, and organize the influencers to deliver the highest quality of content as well as ensuring the influencers follow the guidelines and timeline. In addition to that, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the brand’s influencer marketing campaigns including creating, monitoring, and growing social/influencer communities for our brand and communicating with official and exclusive distributors to foster relationships for marketing assets.
• Research trends on social media to align with the KOL and content planning and develop campaigns to increase digital sales.
• Assist in developing influencer strategies for the brand, planning and executing all activities from campaigns to events.
• Reach out and manage communication process with the influencers.
• Identify, secure and work with external brands on strategic partnership opportunities.
• Budget management and tracking.
• Social media and advertising.
• OOH advertising and Create and run promotional events.
• Support marketing activities as needed to find best practices and solutions.
• Advanced English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Min. bachelor degree in marketing, business, media and communications, or other related fields
• Min. 2+ years of working experience in the marketing industry
• Experience working with publishers/media to create product-focused stories/reviews on a paid or earned basis would be a plus.
