AXIS-Y is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Marketing Assistant to support our comprehensive marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that span across digital, social, offline, and experiential platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to our brand’s growth and market penetration in this key region.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns tailored for the regions, ensuring alignment with global strategies while adapting to local market nuances.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure all marketing materials are culturally relevant and resonate with the audience.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers across relevant platforms. Coordinate influencer partnerships, ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences. Monitor influencer content for compliance with brand guidelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the regions, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing both online and offline events, ensuring brand consistency and effective audience engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to suggest improvements and maximize ROI.
• Having prior experience working within the beauty industry is preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally with a focus on the regions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms relevant to the market.
