• Maintain accurate data in the sales management system and ensure alignment with cash revenue through daily reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and processing of AP transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Support human resources functions. This includes new employee onboarding, general recruitment activities, exits, office events, and employee wellbeing programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and organize databases.
• Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills that enhance the already strong relationships that have been developed with stakeholders, both external and internal.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or SharePoint collaboration software is a plus.
• Fluent in Korean and English, other languages are an advantage.
