Team - How we work
Our division's main operation covers Ecommerce MD, B2B Sales, Performance Marketing, and Branded Content, each generating industry-top level performance.

(1) Ecommerce MD - Leads the forefront of our global business by strategically operating and managing online channels such as Amazon, Brand Online Store, and TikTok Shop
(2) B2B Sales - Expands local customer base by sourcing, pitching, planning, and managing key On/Offline retail channels
(3) Performance Marketing - Utilizes performance media across both internal platforms like Amazon PPC and DSP ads, as well as external platforms like META and TikTok ads
(4) Content marketing - collaborate with creators ranging from micro to mega-scale, as well as celebrities based on data-driven analysis, brand asset building

주요업무

Identify, source, and pitch for key retail channel expansion in the target countries
Strategize new market penetration with channel/customer/competitor analysis
Plan and execute monthly/quarterly channel promotions
Sales, inventory, permits, and other logistics management
Handle overseas licensing registration & export-related operations
Coordinate with the marketing team and plan/execute retail marketing

자격요건

Successful experience of B2B pitching, origination, and sales
More than 2 years of experience in beauty or retail sector preferred
Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal, is required
Strong data-driven problem solving skills
Strong communication and confident influencing skills – including collaboration and partnership across diverse team environments
Highly motivated – exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities with high standard
Must demonstrate strong Business English communication skills
