Act as the primary contact point for product management, leading the development and execution of campaigns and CRM initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Training, PR, VM, and CRM.
• Develop and execute product launch plans including campaign strategies and VM/POS directions.
• Plan and implement action plans by channel (POS, event, online).
• Monitor and analyze weekly campaign performance and keyline sales.
• Support MM in building short- and long-term business strategies.
• Lead local development projects such as brochures, gifts, POP, and ensure flawless execution at store level.
• Develop podium/popup event contents and propose consumer activation ideas.
• Manage campaign and promotional budgets, ensuring effective cost control.
• Gather post-campaign feedback and report to regional/global teams.
• Work with external agencies for event production and promoter hiring.
• Track competitors' activities, new launches, and emerging trends.
• Forecast sales and PO volume by product line; manage stock and SPM usage.
CRM Planning & Execution
• Collaborate with CRM team to establish strategy for customer acquisition and retention.
• Operate CRM programs such as welcome, birthday, and mileage benefits.
• Execute regular consumer communication using CRM database.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance of CRM initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years of product management or marketing experience.
• Fluent in Korean and English (verbal & written).
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and market trend awareness.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.
