• Review weekly / monthly / quarterly run-rate to monitor business progress against targets and plans
• Define problems and develop solutions to recover gap between targets and actual results
• Develop new channels / customers according to company strategy and direction
Business process
• Always ensure and maintain effective time management strategy
• Review customer PSI (purchase-sales-inventory) weekly / monthly / quarterly to;
- Identify problem SKUs in supply / sales run-rate / inventory
- Work with customers developing / executing / managing performances
- Forecast market demands for next 4 months based on historic seasonality data, competitor activities, and recent market trends
- Develop activities generating demands from end-users
• Monitor supply visibility of all models and maintain customers informed in timely manner for order placement and sales
• Train customers and retail partners for new and existing products with effective sales guides
• Co-work with Sennheiser Korea marketing team and customers for plan / execute / ramp-up new product launching activities
Customer Satisfaction
• Respond to all customer requests within a timely manner
• Provide all customers with relevant product / supply information in timely manner
• Resolve issues in accordance with customers and end-users’ expectations
• Escalate all unresolved matters in timely manner (within 24 hours) to the relevant manager
Learning and growth
• Attend all company functions (e.g. Annual Kick-off, trainings and sales meetings
• Attend in company provided training as required
• Adhere to human resource polices including anti-discrimination, harassment and victimization policies
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and contribute to safe and clean work environment
• Adhere to company travel policy
• Adhere to additional company policies
• Proven track record & experience in etail and retail business, trade partner management, price negotiation, customer expectation management, trade marketing, etc.
• Good team player
• With a flexible can-do attitude and solution oriented thinking
• Strong documentation and presentation skill
• Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
• Strong understanding in etail platforms such as Coupang, Naver etc.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English speaking and writing.

자격요건
• 3-8 years in sales, product management and/or trade marketing• Proven track record & experience in etail and retail business, trade partner management, price negotiation, customer expectation management, trade marketing, etc.
• Good team player
