Lead the creative vision and execution of user-centered UI/UX for our super-app, driving adoption and engagement through intuitive design.
• Build and mentor a high-performing creative team specializing in UI/UX for complex mobile application ecosystems.
• Drive data-informed UI/UX improvements to maximize engagement, retention, and monetization opportunities within the super-app environment.
• Transform complex ad tech concepts into intuitive and user-friendly designs for campaign management, reporting APIs, platform integrations, and creative ad formats within the super-app.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all touchpoints within the super-app, including technical documentation and developer resources.
• Establish and enforce UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and performance considerations across all super-app integrations.
• Direct external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, platform limitations, and super-app design guidelines.
• Champion a user-centered design approach, leveraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to continuously optimize the platform's usability and effectiveness within the super-app.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials showcasing the platform's unique UI/UX and capabilities within the super-app ecosystem.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the UI/UX team, encouraging exploration of emerging trends and technologies relevant to super-apps.
• 15+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including 7+ years in a management or leadership capacity.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform limitations, and user behavior within super-app environments.
• Strong understanding of optimal ad placement and layouts for generating high CVR and CTR in addition to offering a comfortable interface for users.
• Expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces for complex workflows, particularly related to advertising campaign management, data analytics, and API integrations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects for mobile applications or platforms, with a focus on increasing ARPU, increasing user engagement, and developing monetization strategies.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), and InVision.
• Experience with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, UI/UX or a related field.
