PhyxUp Health is a fast-growing U.S.-based digital health startup on a mission to improve rehab care. We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to lead our mobile app development and build something meaningful from the ground up. At PhyxUp Health, we focus on solving real problems in rehab therapy through our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) solution. Our platform helps healthcare providers track patient progress remotely, improve outcomes, and unlock new revenue without extra burden on their staff.

Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Iterate product designs based on feedback from users and internal teams.
Ensure design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Shares our vision and is passionate about transforming rehab therapy
Takes full ownership of the product design
Understands user needs and can translate them into intuitive designs
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can iterate quickly based on feedback
Is open to constructive feedback and enjoys a positive, collaborative culture
Must be a Korean citizen located in South Korea
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Experience in designing mobile and web applications
Business-level English proficiency

Own the UI/UX design process to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs.
