Represent ‘Beauty of Joseon’ in the field-owning sales performance, education,and brand execution across your assigned territory.
Build strong partnerships with Sephora store leadership and cast membersto drive brand visibility and conversion.
Lead elevated trainings and education experiences,ensuring Beauty Advisors can confidently speak to rhode's brand and products.
Develop and execute global retail channel training strategies
• 세포라 US 중심 리테일 매장 대상 교육 자료 개발 및 트레이닝 운영
Design training materials and deliver programs for retail stores, with a primary focus on Sephora US
• 리테일 채널 본사 및 매장 교육 커뮤니케이션 관리/협업
Manage and collaborate on education-related communications with retail channel headquarters and store BA
• 조선미녀 글로벌 교육 툴킷 및 매뉴얼 개발
Develop global education toolkits and training manuals for Beauty of Joseon
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in beauty retail education, training, or marketing
• 리테일 채널 대상 뷰티 교육 프로그램 기획/운영 경험을 보유하신 분
Proven experience in planning and executing training programs for beauty retail channels
Passion for skincare and deep understanding of the prestige beauty retail environment
• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분 (교육 시연/자료 개발)
Strong business English communication skills (for training delivery and content development)
• 한국 ＜-＞ 미국 간 정기적/주기적 출장 가능하신 분
Ability to travel regularly between Korea and the U.S (for business)

자격요건
• 5년 이상의 뷰티 리테일 교육/트레이닝/마케팅 유관 경력을 보유하신 분Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in beauty retail education, training, or marketing
