The Technical Writing team at Sendbird empowers developers to build successful businesses on our platform by delivering high-quality content — from documentation and user guides to tutorials, UI text, and beyond. As a Technical Writer, you’ll be at the center of the developer experience, transforming complex technical concepts into content that is clear, concise, and actionable. Your work will enable developers to quickly understand and make the most of Sendbird’s products.

• 웹 접근성, 웹 표준을 고려한 UI 개발 경험 및 이해
• 유닛 테스트 및 E2E 테스트 작업 경험 및 이해
• 언더 엔지니어링 및 오버 엔지니어링의 개념에 대한 이해

• 고객사에서 Sendbird 제품에 대한 정보를 확인하고 설정을 변경할 수 있는 대시보드 설계 및 구현• Sendbird Dashboard의 디자인 시스템 설계 및 구현

자격요건
• 3년 이상의 React, Typescript 기반의 웹 애플리케이션 실무 경험• 최소한의 정보와 제한적인 상황에서 문제의 근본 원인과 최적의 솔루션을 찾을 수 있는 능력
• 높은 코드 품질을 지향하면서 훌륭한 사용자 경험을 제공하는 것에 대한 관심과 노력
