Our Legal team partners across the organization to provide strategic guidance, protect our business, and enable innovation. As part of the Legal team, the Privacy Manager, Legal Counsel will have direct access to leadership and cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in privacy compliance and contract review.

• Support and implement the company’s global privacy strategy.
• Protect sensitive data across software systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide practical legal guidance to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure contracts with vendors, partners, and customers meet the highest privacy standards.
• Lead HIPAA, GDPR, and other international privacy compliance programs on a practical, operational level.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Product teams to implement privacy by design.
• Review, draft, and negotiate privacy-related clauses in contracts, ensuring legal and operational alignment.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses for new products, services, and cloud architectures.
• Monitor legal updates and translate them into actionable internal policies.
• Respond to data subject requests, audits, and incidents efficiently and proactively.
What You’ll Do
• Lead HIPAA, GDPR, and other international privacy compliance programs on a practical, operational level.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Product teams to implement privacy by design.
• Review, draft, and negotiate privacy-related clauses in contracts, ensuring legal and operational alignment.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses for new products, services, and cloud architectures.
• Monitor legal updates and translate them into actionable internal policies.
• Respond to data subject requests, audits, and incidents efficiently and proactively.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and global privacy laws.
• Technical literacy—able to grasp software and cloud system architecture quickly.
• Experienced in privacy-related contract review and negotiation.
• Analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator within teams and leadership.
