Since its launch in the first half of 2024, the company has achieved annual revenue of 10 billion KRW with just 15 founding members within a single year, maintaining over 30% month-over-month growth. Ad-Shield continues to expand partnerships with global publishers and has grown into a team that creates an impact of over 1 billion KRW per person.
The company is rapidly expanding into global markets, forming strategic partnerships with world-renowned publishers to create even greater impact. Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and partners, managing project plans, tracking progress, and proactively solving roadblocks to ensure a swift and successful launch.
• Understanding Client Needs
Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and technical workflows to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.
• Drive Performance & Optimization
Monitor and analyze client performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to help them achieve greater success with our product.
• Basic Technical Troubleshooting
Perform initial technical troubleshooting, review system configurations, and navigate our codebase to investigate issues, effectively translating client needs into actionable tasks for our development team.
Crystal-clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional fluency in Korean is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with our development team.
• Technical Aptitude
Able to grasp technical concepts quickly and has strong problem-solving skills.
• Business Acumen
A strong understanding of business operations and the drive to become an expert on our product and clients.
• Meticulous Organization
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Client-Facing Experience (Preferred)
Prior experience in client-facing roles or positions requiring regular communication with external partners is a plus.
