[About the role]
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with solid experience or a strong understanding of payroll and HR operations, specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
This role will be responsible for managing monthly payroll and core HR administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR services.
You will support both Korean and international payroll processes, work closely with external payroll vendors, and ensure accurate and timely HR operations. This role also contributes to maintaining well-organized HR data and processes that support employees and business teams.
This position provides hands-on exposure to general HR operations, Korean and overseas payroll, and HR administration in a growing organization.
• The official job title will be “People Manager.” This role is an individual contributor position and does not include people management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with payroll outsourcing services to manage Korean and global payroll procedures
• Operate C&B(compensation and benefits) policies
• Prepare and maintain workforce cost and compensation-related data, and support internal requests for labor cost information
• Support recruiting process and other HR admin tasks, including but not limited to employment certificates, employee mandatory training, and employee data management
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and support companywide events
• Assist People team tasks of 기업부설 연구소, asset and workplace management, and office fixed cost payments
• Fluent in English & Korean (written and verbal)
• Emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding or 2 years of experience in the payroll tasks
