QA Engineers at Sendbird play a pivotal role in elevating product quality and ensuring a stable, reliable user experience. In this position, you will adapt quickly to evolving specifications and design effective test strategies grounded in established QA processes. Beyond executing tests, you will apply structured QA methodologies, develop systematic testing approaches, and maintain clear and accurate documentation as requirements change contributing to Sendbird’s overall quality assurance and continuous product improvement.
• Analyze and report bugs and issues identified during the testing process with detailed documentation.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, ensuring updates are clearly organized and shared.
• Document and deliver test results for Engineering and Product (PM) teams.
• Strengthen QA processes, expand test coverage, and continuously improve testing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks while managing automation coverage.
• Build new test tools and contribute to automated testing for new product features.
• Communicate effectively in English with global team members, conduct meetings, and handle team-related HR tasks such as performance reviews, training, and staffing.
• Manage test environments, devices, and tools, providing recommendations for updates when needed.
Create and maintain internal team manuals and documentation.
• Experience designing strategic tests based on QA methodologies
• Experience organizing and updating documentation in rapidly changing spec environments
• English communication skills for global collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ownership
• Strong understanding of Web, Mobile Web, and App characteristics, underlying operation principles, and network environments.
• Preferred: Test automation experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of CI/CD systems (CircleCI, GitHub Actions)
• Proficient in Jira, Slack, Confluence, and other collaboration and workflow tools.
• IT-related degree or equivalent knowledge.

• A QA professional with 3+ years of experience in SaaS product testing, with solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software quality processes.• Experience designing strategic tests based on QA methodologies
• Experience organizing and updating documentation in rapidly changing spec environments
• English communication skills for global collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ownership
• Strong understanding of Web, Mobile Web, and App characteristics, underlying operation principles, and network environments.
