# Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys trying different approaches, learning quickly from results, and growing alongside the team. More than experience, we value curiosity, good instincts, energy, and a strong sense of ownership.
You’ll be joining a small, passionate team that is actively shaping the next stage of growth for our product. We hope to work with someone who is excited to take on responsibility early, learn together through real experimentation, and grow alongside us as we build from the ground up.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, drawing insights and proposing improvements
• Collaborate closely with the global product team (PM, Design, Engineering) to run experiments and generate learnings on user behavior
• Document learnings and improve processes as we grow
• Native English proficiency
• Strong understanding of US culture
• High interest in social media platforms and trends
• Willing to learn, try new things, and take initiative in an environment without clear “right answers”
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

자격요건
• At least 1 year of marketing experience• Native English proficiency
• Strong understanding of US culture
