About the Opportunity
PhyxUp Health is transforming the U.S. rehabilitation market. We provide a remote care platform that empowers clinics to increase revenue and improve patient outcomes.
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone of our company. You will work directly with the CEO to optimize our business processes, manage key resources, and support our rapid expansion in the U.S. market.
This role is about operational excellence. You will ensure our business runs efficiently and strategically as we scale.
1. Executive Staff & Business Communication
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing priorities and facilitating decision-making.
• Draft high-level business documents, investor updates, and proposals in both English and Korean with professional precision.
• Coordinate with U.S. stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
2. Operational Infrastructure (HR & Finance)
• Build and refine internal processes (onboarding, payroll, expense management) for maximum efficiency.
• Organize and maintain corporate intelligence (contracts, compliance, legal documents).
3. Strategic Funding & Resource Management
• Lead the management of key government startup programs (R&D, TIPS, Vouchers).
• Oversee the full lifecycle of grant operations: planning, budget management, and reporting.
• Ensure we maximize non-dilutive funding to fuel our product growth.
You are a "Proactive Builder." You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and fix it.
• Bilingual Professional: You have near-native proficiency in both Korean and English. You can draft a government report in Korean and a shareholder letter in English with equal fluency.
• Structured Thinker: You are detail-oriented and never miss a deadline. You bring order to complexity.
• Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments. You focus on solving problems, not just identifying them.
• Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
