About the Opportunity
PhyxUp Health is transforming the U.S. rehabilitation market. We provide a remote care platform that empowers clinics to increase revenue and improve patient outcomes.
About the Role
This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-impact opportunity to work as the CEO’s right hand and force multiplier.
At PhyxUp Health, we are in our most critical phase of growth. You will shadow me (the Founder/CEO) and tackle everything required to scale the business from high-level strategy and fundraising to daily operations and scheduling.
If you dream of starting your own company one day, this is the ultimate training ground. You will see every decision, every challenge, and every victory from the front row.
There is no fixed job description. Your job is to leverage the CEO’s time and execute whatever the business needs most.
1. Shadowing & Execution (Be the CEO’s Right Hand)
• Manage the CEO’s priorities and schedule to ensure focus on high-impact tasks.
• Join critical meetings, take minutes, and drive follow-up actions to completion.
• Handle time-consuming but critical tasks: market research, drafting emails, and preparing briefings.
2. Strategic Support (Fundraising & Global Growth)
• Help prepare investor materials (Pitch Decks, IR Updates) and shareholder letters.
• Draft professional business communications in both English and Korean for U.S. partners and clients.
• Assist with government grant applications (TIPS, R&D) and manage strict deadlines.
3. General Operations (Whatever It Takes)
• In a startup, no task is "too small." You will help fill the gaps in HR, hiring, event planning, and general admin to keep the ship moving.
• Aspiring Founder: You don’t just want a job; you want to learn how to run a business. You are entrepreneurial and proactive.
• Fast Learner: You may not know everything about US Healthcare or Finance yet, but you can research, learn, and master new topics overnight.
• Versatile: You are humble enough to schedule a meeting and ambitious enough to draft a strategy deck.
• Bilingual Pro: You are fluent in both Korean and English (Written & Verbal).
