PhyxUp Health is building an AI Assistant for Remote Care designed to support physical therapy clinics across the U.S.
Our platform monitors patients between visits, assists with documentation, and streamlines insurance billing.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can turn complex healthcare workflows into a clear, scalable product. This is an ownership role.
• Own the roadmap for our AI Assistant for Remote Care
• Define product strategy for patient monitoring, AI workflows, and billing automation
• Translate real clinic workflows into scalable product features
• Write clear PRDs and lead features from concept to release
• Ensure quality meets expectations (design, wording, UX consistency)
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iterate
• Use product data and user feedback to improve performance
• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong system thinking and ability to structure complex workflows
• Experience building SaaS or B2B products
• Clear communicator who can define scope and drive execution
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for outcomes
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
