주요업무

As CEO Staff at Hopae, you’ll work side-by-side with the CEO to multiply his impact, streamline execution, and build systems that enable the company to scale. This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role at the core of Hopae’s most critical decisions and operations.

• Maximize CEO effectiveness through proactive planning, time optimization, and workflow automation
• Run point on CEO-related operations — from calendar orchestration to investor meeting prep and executive logistics
• Architect internal processes and build tools that boost execution across leadership, product, and ops
• Own end-to-end planning and prep for company-wide rituals like company all-hands and board meetings with investors
• Oversee general office and admin functions to keep daily operations smooth and founder time focused
• Ensure clear communication and fast decision-making by managing high-signal information flow across the org

자격요건

• You’re a systems thinker and fast operator who thrives in high-trust, high-impact environments
• You have 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, strategy, or as a CEO office manager
• You move fast, think clearly, and act with ownership without waiting for direction
• You care deeply about structure, clarity, and enablement — not visibility or ego
• You are fluent in English and Korean is a plus, not required.
• You are discreet, trustworthy, and motivated by creating leverage, not credit
