-Oversee end-to-end marketing operations for the TikTok Shop channel of a global beauty brand
-Plan and manage TikTok advertising campaigns, including media buying and performance optimization
-Develop and execute integrated promotional and branding campaigns in collaboration with TikTok Shop initiatives
-Execute data-driven strategies based on real-time sales and ad performance metrics
-Set KPIs and build campaign projections to support channel scale-up and sustainable growth
-Analyze sales data and optimize inventory and logistics operations based on demand forecasting
-비즈니스 영어 회화가 가능하신 분
-커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어나신 분
-Minimum 1+ year of experience managing overseas markets
-Business-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
