• 사용자 교육 및 컨설팅: 의료진이 AI 솔루션을 임상 워크플로우에 최적화하여 활용할 수 있도록 전문 교육 및 가이드 제공
• 고객 관계 관리 (Technical Sales): 기술적 전문성을 바탕으로 현장의 니즈를 파악하고, 고객과의 파트너십 강화
• 기술 이슈 관리: 현장에서 발생하는 기술적 요구사항을 진단하고 본사 R&D 팀과 협업하여 해결
• 현장 인사이트 공유: 임상 현장의 경험을 바탕으로 제품 고도화에 필요한 피드백 전달
Key Responsibilities
• Deployment & Integration: Lead on-site installations and ensure seamless technical integration with Angiography systems.
• Clinical Application & Training: Provide expert training to medical professionals to maximize the impact of AI in their clinical workflows.
• Technical Sales Support: Build long-term customer relationships through technical expertise and proactive service.
• Issue Management: Diagnose on-site technical challenges and collaborate with the R&D team for effective resolutions.
• Clinical Feedback Loop: Share insights from the field to contribute to the continuous evolution of our AI solutions.
• 현장 이해도: 영상의학 또는 순환기내과(Cardiology) 워크플로우(Cath-lab 등)에 대한 높은 이해도를 갖추신 분
• 직무 경험: 의료기기 서비스 엔지니어(FSE) 경력 또는 관련 임상 현장 업무를 경험해 보신 분
• IT 기초 지식: 병원 네트워크 시스템(IP 구성, 서버 구조 등)에 대한 기본적인 이해를 갖추신 분
• 기타: 운전면허 소지 및 현장 방문 업무가 가능한 분
Qualifications
• Education: Degree in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Clinical Insight: Strong understanding of Radiology or Cardiology (especially Cath-lab/Angiography) workflows.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) or experience within clinical imaging environments.
• Networking Foundations: Basic understanding of hospital network configurations and server environments.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
