The TikTok Operations team supports business growth by designing and optimizing operational processes, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective execution of key initiatives. The team focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence to support evolving business needs.
A highly proactive Business Development professional to drive partnerships and content growth in the Sports & News category. This role focuses on securing key partner deals, planning and executing TikTok in-app programs, and managing partner relationships for maximum engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Acquisition & Management
• Negotiate and secure deals with partners for account and content acquisition
• Partner account management and reinforce the relationships
In-app Program Planning & Execution
• Design, plan, and implement TikTok in-app programs leveraging platform resources
• Collaborate with creators to generate content aligned with program objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with internal Communications & Marketing teams to ensure program success
• Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and campaigns
• At least 5 years in business development, partnership management, or content acquisition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in news or sports categories is a plus
• Fluency in Korean, business-level English communication skills
