• Circle is an AI-powered job search platform built for blue-collar, frontline, and small business workers who are left with limited resources and outdated, inefficient ways to find work in a broken job market. You will:
• Own and evolve the React Native architecture of our mobile application
• Build and implement intuitive mobile interfaces for AI-powered features
• Collaborate actively with product to simplify complex AI capabilities into user-friendly flows
• Ensure that AI-heavy, API-driven features perform smoothly and reliably on mobile under real-world consumer traffic conditions
• Lead and manage App Store and Play Store releases, including staging, rollout strategies, and hotfixes
• Optimize mobile performance (rendering, state management, bundle size, and API integration) for high-frequency user sessions
• Drive sprint-level delivery and coordinate closely with backend and product teams
• Establish frontend best practices, code review standards, and release discipline, and delivery predictability
You will bring:
• Strong ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive mobile user experiences
• Experience building and operating consumer mobile apps at scale (high MAU, real-time user interaction, or high API traffic environments)
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native in production environments
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with integrating API-heavy backend systems into mobile applications
• Proficiency working in an AI-native development environment – leveraging AI tools to increase productivity while maintaining strong human judgment, code quality, and engineering standards
• Ability to scope features and drive sprint-level execution with with multiple stakeholders
• High standards for code quality and delivery discipline
• 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience required

주요업무
As our Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be directly responsible for how users experience our AI-first mobile product. You will work closely with the founder, product team, and backend/AI engineers to translate complex AI systems into intuitive, reliable, and high-performing mobile experiences in a consumer-facing, high-growth environment. This role combines mobile architecture ownership, release discipline, and active product collaboration — shaping both how our AI works and how users feel it.You will:

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Mobile-focused) with strong ownership over mobile architecture, release quality, and product delivery. You should be excited to build and scale a mobile-first AI platform that creates real access and real impact for underserved workers.You will bring:
