주요업무

• Technical Communication Hub: Serve as the primary technical interface between US Business stakeholders, internal developers, and external SI firms. Translate complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and vice versa.
• AI Solution Implementation: Lead the end-to-end integration of Channel Talk’s AI-powered features within the complex IT ecosystems of US enterprise clients.
• Enterprise Solution Design: Deeply understand the technical ecosystem of enterprise clients (APIs, Database structures, Legacy systems) to ensure seamless integration and maximize the utility of Channel Talk.
• Roadmap Ownership: Balance the long-term product vision with immediate market demands, ensuring that localized feedback from the US market is reflected in the global product strategy.
• External SI Partnership Management: Lead collaborations with SI partners for account-specific implementations. You will be responsible for translating custom client requirements into technical specs, managing the delivery quality, and overseeing the end-to-end implementation process.
• Scalable Feature Planning (Internal): Identify generalizable needs among US enterprise clients. Design and prioritize "scalable" features that enhance our core product, collaborating closely with the Korea-based engineering team to build a robust global product.

• AI 솔루션 구현: 미국 엔터프라이즈 고객사의 복잡한 IT 환경 내에서 채널톡 AI 기능의 전체 연동 과정을 리드합니다.
• 엔터프라이즈 솔루션 설계 고객사의 기술 생태계(API, 데이터베이스 구조, 레거시 시스템)를 깊이 이해하여, 원활한 연동과 채널톡 활용 극대화를 실현합니다.
• 로드맵 오너십: 장기적인 제품 비전과 즉각적인 시장 수요 사이의 균형을 맞추고, 미국 시장의 현지 피드백이 글로벌 제품 전략에 반영되도록 합니다.
• 외부 SI 파트너 관리: 고객사별 맞춤 구현을 위해 SI 파트너와의 협업을 리드합니다. 고객의 커스텀 요구사항을 기술 스펙으로 전환하고, 전달 품질을 관리하며, 전체 구현 과정을 총괄합니다.
• 스케일한 기능 기획 (내부): 미국 엔터프라이즈 고객들의 공통 니즈를 파악하고, 핵심 제품을 강화하는 '확장 가능한' 기능을 설계 및 우선순위화합니다. 한국 엔지니어링팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 견고한 글로벌 제품을 구축합니다.

자격요건

• Must be able to work outside of standard business hours to coordinate with US based teams.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory to facilitate smooth communication between global teams. Experience in working with global client is mandatory.
• Project Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management. Proven track record of defining PRDs and leading the product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• AI-Ready Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of modern software structures (APIs, SaaS) and a deep interest/understanding of AI-powered workflows to facilitate discussions with AI engineers.
• Exceptional Communication & Proactivity: A 'hub' personality who can drive rational consensus among diverse stakeholders. You must be a self-starter who takes full ownership of problem-solving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Customer Driven Mindset: Ability to empathize with enterprise-level pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Occasional Travel to the US may be required (Approximately once a year)

• 언어 능력 글로벌 팀 및 고객과의 원활한 소통을 위해 영어는 필수입니다. 영어로 일해본 경험이 있는 분을 찾습니다.
• 프로젝트 매니지먼트 경력 IT 프로젝트 매니지먼트 분야에서 3년 이상의 경력을 보유하고 있으며, PRD 작성 및 제품 발굴부터 출시까지 전체 라이프사이클을 리드한 경험이 있습니다.
• AI 관련 기술 이해도 소프트웨어 구조(API, SaaS)에 대해 탄탄하게 이해하고 있으며, AI 기반 워크플로우에 깊은 관심을 가지고 AI 엔지니어와 원활하게 논의할 수 있습니다.
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력과 주도성 다양한 이해관계자들 사이에서 합리적인 합의를 이끌어낼 수 있는 '허브' 역할을 수행할 수 있으며, 모호하고 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서도 문제 해결에 대한 완전한 오너십을 갖고 스스로 움직입니다.
• 고객 중심 마인드셋 엔터프라이즈 수준의 페인 포인트에 공감하고, 이를 확장 가능한 제품 솔루션으로 전환할 수 있습니다.
• 미국으로의 출장이 있을 수 있습니다. (연 1회 정도)
