PhyxUp Health is a U.S.-based digital health startup building a remote care platform for rehabilitation and medical practices.
We work closely with clinics across the U.S. to improve how they operate, reduce manual work, and support better patient care through simple, practical tools.
We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to help keep things organized as we grow. This role is focused on documentation, coordination, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of operational tasks.
You should be someone who:
Has strong organization and documentation skills
Can manage admin and operational work with accuracy
Is comfortable supporting executive communication
Works independently and handles unclear situations well
Knows how to prioritize and manage deadlines
Is interested in startup operations
Is fluent in English (written and spoken)
Manage internal documents, contracts, and basic compliance materials
Support investor updates, reports, and due diligence materials
Assist with scheduling and business communication
Organize company files and internal systems
Support HR and finance-related documentation such as payroll forms, NDAs, and expense tracking
Prepare simple presentations and external materials
Help coordinate tasks across teams when needed
Strong organization and time management
Clear and concise writing
Attention to detail
Comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Prior experience in admin, operations, or support roles is a plus
