• Develop local market category plan for hardline category (toys) in line with regional strategy & plan
• Identify, define, communicate, and drive new growth opportunities built on licensing various Disney IP outside traditional hardline/softline categories
• Lead the commercial management of existing accounts to achieve yearly business (financial) targets and strategic initiatives
• Take the lead of several projects as needed and manage specific licensees with full understanding of Disney business standards and respective category needs
• Collaborate with retail, marketing team and other line of business to support sales promotion, events and advertising in the local market
• Work with buyers from key retail accounts to develop business opportunities, managing product sourcing, mix/range, pricing and new programs specific to each retailer's shopping profile
• Drive strategic upskilling of the sales team through targeted training and development aligned with business goals and market dynamics
• Evaluate licensee base and drive a rationalization plan to ensure effective and focused business management and strategic planning to support growth across categories
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales/marketing/licensing/retail
• Experience and/or a high level of interest in categories such as Toy, Fashion, and/or FMCG
• Experience and proficiency operating under uncertain, undefined environments to identify and drive strategic business outcomes
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good analytical skill and understanding of business and financial concepts
• Business proficiency in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales/marketing/licensing/retail
• Experience and/or a high level of interest in categories such as Toy, Fashion, and/or FMCG
