The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for early career and industry professionals (with less than 5 years of working experience) with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals. Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. • Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and motivate successful adoption of Google Cloud. Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
• Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle, building roadmaps and motivating achievement of milestones.
• Solve customer's operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to motivate resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
• Experience in using technology and internet.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
• This role is exclusively for people who have/or are in the process of applying for a government-issued disability or veteran certificate.

• Help in building creative solutions to test customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including product management and engineering.• Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and motivate successful adoption of Google Cloud. 자격요건
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.• Experience in using technology and internet.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
