• Drive priorities to ensure the development and test fleet achieves schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles
• Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, operations, customers and other teams to identify gaps, resolve issues and provide RCCA
• Proactively define and provide critical metrics and initiate improvements for efficiencies and report test execution and efficiency
• Ensure compliant, flexible and efficient AV operations establishing and tuning matching trainings and processes to keep the assigned location fully compliant
• 5+ overall years of working experience of which 2+ years of experience leading a team
• Hands-on experience with automotive and/or software product development and operations, ideally in an AV domain or an equivalent field like aviation
• Strong project/program/product management fundamentals
• Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to problem-solving
• Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a multi-functional environment, comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Provide direction and guidance to the local team covering AV operations (contractor roles include drivers, test operators, coordinators) and run regional operations with excellence and efficiency• Drive priorities to ensure the development and test fleet achieves schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles

자격요건
• BS degree or greater in an engineering or SW field (or equivalent experience)• 5+ overall years of working experience of which 2+ years of experience leading a team
• Hands-on experience with automotive and/or software product development and operations, ideally in an AV domain or an equivalent field like aviation
