• Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales)
• Identify new market trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
• Prepare and present products proposals to future and current customers
• Handle specific sales events using information from marketing department to enhance brand visibility and improve sales performance
• Analyze and interpret partner's sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
• Create and design visual concept/contents to animate in a consistent customer path
• Lead, develop and motivate team (4~5) to foster execution excellence
• Activates Business Drivers and monitors sell-in & sell-out excellence
• Manages intermediate agent relationships and conducts Win-Win negotiation
• 15+ years of experience
• Mandatory experience in dealing with EC channels (COUPANG)
• Fluent in Korean
• Proficient with Excel and PPT
• Strong interpersonal skill and data analytic skill

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above• 15+ years of experience
• Mandatory experience in dealing with EC channels (COUPANG)
• Fluent in Korean
• Proficient with Excel and PPT
• Strong interpersonal skill and data analytic skill
