• Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing programs (On & Off-line) including medical-led initiatives to ensure a consistent and engaging consumer brand experience
• Lead all aspects of local product development and launch plans, from concept localization to retail pricing strategy
• Analyze campaign results and ROI for key pillar products, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to optimize future strategies
• Responsible for precise sales forecasting and inventory management (saleable, testers, and samples) to ensure healthy stock levels and KPI achievement
• Orchestrate the product lifecycle including promotional set, and phase-out plans
• Coordinating with the SCM to ensure product availability in alignment with the marketing calendar
• Partner effectively with SCM, Sales, Digital Communication, Merchandising, RA, and Legal teams to align on business priorities
• Present clear business cases and strategies to local and regional management
• +4-5 years of total experience with +3-5 years solid marketing experience in a consumer brand (Preferably in beauty industry)
• Proactive and solution oriented, strong planning and project management skills
• Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Creative and communicative, collaborative, curious and take initiatives
• High level of attention to detail
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PPT

자격요건
• Bachelor's degree• +4-5 years of total experience with +3-5 years solid marketing experience in a consumer brand (Preferably in beauty industry)
• Proactive and solution oriented, strong planning and project management skills
• Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Creative and communicative, collaborative, curious and take initiatives
• High level of attention to detail
