We are seeking a 3CE Stylenanda DMI (HQ) Campaign & Content specialist, who will be responsible for creating innovative campaigns [online/ offline cannels] for global 3CE makeup. The specialist will drive brand strategy into actionable campaigns, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all global customer touchpoints.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Build and craft compelling campaign "big ideas" and core messaging, ensuring unified communication across all consumer interaction points.
• Product Narrative Definition: Partner with the Global Product Development team to define product "big ideas" and key unique selling propositions (USPs) for new product launches.
• Creative Briefing: Develop clear, actionable creative briefs for the Creative Content team to guide the production of high-performing social and offline assets.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate and align with key global stakeholders, including Global Product Development, Creative Content, Retail Design, Advocacy, Social Media, Global Business Development, R&I, and country teams.
• Timeline Management: Manage and monitor the DMI campaign drive timeline, ensuring on-time project delivery to all global markets.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong preference for the beauty industry.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take initiative with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluent in both Korean and English.
