Nike is seeking a visionary digital marketing leader to shape the future of our brand presence in Korea. • Lead a team to activate brand concepts across Nike.com, apps, social channels, and partner platforms
• Leverage external partnerships and creator collaborations to amplify brand storytelling
• Manage seasonal journeys and Always-On initiatives to drive acquisition and retention
• Guide the digital marketing process, including presentations and team inspiration
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure timely, impactful execution
• Lead digital marketing vision across Nike's owned and earned platforms including Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS App, NRC/NTC Apps, @nikeseoul, CXP, and NDDC partner platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Brand Management, Integrated Media, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations, and Communications
• Work with Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Global Brand Marketing, and APLA teams as well as external partners like Musinsa and local agencies
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience in brand marketing and/or retail marketing including cross-functional business acumen
• A deep understanding of the Nike consumer, their lifestyle, and their relationship with sport
• Analytical rigor with human insight—leveraging data, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive brand priorities and commercial outcomes
• Proven leadership experience managing at least 5 direct reports, with a strong track record of coaching and developing talent
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English

자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a closely related field• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience in brand marketing and/or retail marketing including cross-functional business acumen
• A deep understanding of the Nike consumer, their lifestyle, and their relationship with sport
• Analytical rigor with human insight—leveraging data, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive brand priorities and commercial outcomes
