Tesla is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead Marketing related responsibilities including Retail Activities, Content creation, On/Offline Events for Tesla in Korea. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with an exceptional ability to connect with the business and the customers. As a Demand Generation Manager at Tesla, you'll face new challenges every day in a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative environment.
• Lead content creation and project management for website, collateral, and customer communication (emails, letters, mailers, newsletters)
• Manage and implement a comprehensive event calendar including test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events (e.g. auto shows and product launches)
• Set-up and lead digital campaigns and partnerships on a regional level
• Manage the planning and execution of regional activities including store openings, test drives, lead generation events and Supercharger launches
• Stay informed of news and local marketing activities including store, Supercharger and Service Centre openings, partnerships and financing deals
• Guide stores in the development of in-store programs and campaigns to engage existing leads and create new leads
• Effectively deliver results of marketing objectives within designated and agreed budgets
• Support the field sales organization on other marketing initiatives
• Work with communications and contents team on consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials
• Evaluate, track and report the success of programs and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla
• Demonstrate strong leadership and motivate/coach the team to improve their productivity
• At least 5 years' experience leading a team; comfortable managing and coaching others
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Korean
• Understanding of local country needs
• Experience in managing large-scale events or trade show participation
• Driver's license
• Up to 50% travel required
• Exceptional strategic thinker and analytical skills; ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a start-up culture
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

자격요건
• At least 5 years' marketing experience in online marketing, events, integrated marketing and retail marketing• At least 5 years' experience leading a team; comfortable managing and coaching others
