At Netflix, our Ads business is focused on building a must-buy advertising solution, one that allows brands to connect with diverse audiences who are deeply engaged with the breadth and quality of our content. As the Ads Sales Partner in Korea, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the Korean market. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Rigorously evaluate sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translate business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions
• Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion adoption of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity
• Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals
• Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product—to ensure flawless campaign delivery
• Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve product, operations, and go-to-market strategy
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including how clients set priorities and performance goals
• Strategic thinker who adapts thoughtfully in fast-changing environments while aligning work with broader organizational priorities
• Problem solver who executes with excellence, owns delivery outcomes, and collaborates effectively across functions in a global environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including strong and confident presentation abilities

• 8+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or business development• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including how clients set priorities and performance goals
